Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
We will make every effort to accommodate changes to delivery addresses after an order has been placed; however, we cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible after 48 hours have passed. Please reach out to madeline@hearthappy.co with any changes in delivery addresses before 48 hours have passed.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
We have an 14-day return policy, which means you have 18 days after your item has shipped to file for a return! You can do so by sending an email to madeline@hearthappy.co to file for a return. Returns will only be accepted if your clothing item is in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Returns requested within the 14-day return will be credited to your original payment method once your return has been examined and reviewed. Certain banks and credit card companies take longer for refunds to be processed. Please wait 10 business days after your return has been shipped to contact us with questions.
